Will they fit without having to do any body or suspension work?

yes 17'' wheels wil fit your car. it's called plus sizing, you go bigger wheel lower aspect ratio in tire. ie. right now you probably have a P195/60R15 so if you go 17'' you will have to do a tire size P215/45R17 to stay about the same overall diameter tire as stock so you don't change your speedo or milage. but doing a 17'' tire and wheel package will increase the wheelwell gap on your car so eventually you will want to lower your car. Doing both will conciderlbly increase the handling of your car.

the rim size has little to do with how theyll fit. The rolling radius is much more important. You can actually go UP rim sizes (like 16->18s) and DECREASE your rolling radius by way of lower profile tires and such.

theres a bit of math involved, but its def possible.

I just checked and some places offer 18" rims for your car.
