Have you ever heard about evolution of the species?
Men, you are way back.
By the way, maybe your "buddy" should dared you to put your head instead of your finger, then that could be a great contribution to humanity.
And you want to sue him? Whast is wrong with you?

Depends on whether or not ur rents will file the charges. But i wouldn't do it you would have to hire a lawyer and then pay him/her whether u win or not. And ur gonna look mighty stupid telling a judge "he dared me to do it" but if u think it's worth all that trouble You still have to get the rents to do it 4 u if ur a minor. But yes u probably could.

Darwin was a scientist who had this stupid idea that all humans evolved from monkeys. What a dummy!

P.S.I won't call u an idiot b/c every1 else is probably gonna do it 4 me. Good luck w/ that finger and that ummm...case?

Your a flipping idiot! But actually yeah you probally can sue them. If you can sue because McDonalds coffee spilled and burnt you then you can sue for being an idiot! What in the world were you thinking? Although I wouldn't say he dared you...I would say it was it was a POS and u tried fixing and it cut your flipping finger off! Hey good luck.

It sounds like it was YOUR decision to ultimately put your finger there.. you were not forced to right??? But this America and it seems that everyone ALWAYS have a case... consult a lawyer, I'm pretty sure you will find someone to represent you... You get one free consultation!
