Harvard, Yale.... most politicians who rule North America are graduated from those Universities... I guess they have to learn the art of immune corruption

I don't know where you heard this. According to the Mexican Constitution, the only qualification is:

To be President or Vice-President, it is required to be a Mexican citizen by birth, thirty-five years of age at the time of the election, and to be a resident in the country.

I've never heard this before. But IF it is true, it seems to me the answer is clear.....although our public education system leaves MUCH to be desired it is still leaps and bounds ahead of Mexico's educational system.
