Which "one" are we talking about?

I'm assuming you mean jobs...
I am fortunate enough that my husband has the well-paid job (but not so satisfying) so I can take the lower paid but more satisfying job.

i would say satisfying. i have a job now that pays awesome and i was satisfied, but no longer at least not as much as it waas in the beginning and now i am checking out other options. i dont care how much money am making, if am not happy, am outta there.

Well paid one because i can buy things that WILL satisfy me.

i would rather have a satisfying one because it don't matter how much the job pays if you are unhappy.Its a job and you have to deal with everyday 8hrs,10hrs,even 12hrs.A bad job will cause you to be a nervous wreck no matter how much money you have.
