My ex bf and I ended things badly. Its been a month we have not spoken. However, I have this heart where of course i feel bad about everything even if he is at fault. Tomorrow is his b-day, should I send him an email to say happy birthday? Mind you my b-day came and went, i didnt hear from him. He is selfish I suppose. But again I am not like him, but I dont want to be walked all over. Should I leave it alone or send him teh email?

No, let him suffer. If you give in to him now he will think he can get away with anything because you are a huge pushover but what does it matter what we say you will do what you want anyway.
