My 5 month baby is a healthy and happy baby gaining weight well. But every night when we put her down to sleep in her cot she is sick. She is not sick at all during the day and it happens every evening at the same time. We keep her upright for at least 30 mins after her milk. It only started happening the last couple of weeks. Could it be Acid Reflux and what is the best thing for it?

Negative, not necessarily acid reflux, get the baby to your baby's Doctor. It could be the babys' formula, she or he may require a different kind of formula

I have a 12wo with reflux, but he doesnt through it up. It just slides up and down burning his tubes....
It could be reflux though... Sometimes its that night feed that we put them down straight after.. The day feeds often have a bit more awake time afterwards so it settles in their bellies more.
Try thickening that last feed or giving her some rice cereal beforehand.
You can get Karricare Infant Feed Thickener which is really easy for both breast and bottle or else guacol is great. Just a teaspoon in the mouth.. Ask your chemist about these things.
Or maybe she just drinking it too fast without getting the wind up..
Good Luck

My little girl had the same problem and when we took her to the doctor she told us that we might want to try her on Good Start soy formula and she also put her on some medicine for a few months and our daughter stop having those problems.

I hope your little one gets better soon.

doesn't really fit the bill for acid reflux. baby's tend to spit up all the time. You should talk to your doctor.
