If you're travelling from the Philippines to an international destination, your country of destination may impose a travel tax on you. This is usually paid with the purchase of your ticket. If the ticket specifies that taxes are not included with your purchase (as some e-tickets bought online specify), then an applicable tax (usually airport tax or the country's equivalent of a travel tax) may be charged when you depart the country you are visiting.

If you're coming to the Philippines and are a citizen or permanent resident of another country, Philippine travel tax should not apply to you. If your ticket has already included a travel tax, then this may be refunded at a travel tax desk at the airport. If your ticket did not charge you a travel tax, then you just needto show proof of your permanent residence of your country of origin at the same desk at the airport when you depart the Philippines. they'll be charging you 200pesos (about USD 4) for processing (instead of paying P1620 or USD35). in any case, everyone departing manila needs to pay 750pesos airport tax, payable at the airport when you depart.

Bon voyage.

Yes, the same amount as domestic travel tax. In fact it is just called travel tax without distinction between foreign and local travel.

Do you mean that one added to airline ticket costs? Yes, if Filipinos are traveling outside their country. If foreigners, I don't think that they have to pay the Php1620 or about USD30+ required of Pinoys.

The airport tax is paid by everybody, Filipinos and foreigners alike.
