Does anyone have any advice they could throw my way! Like what do I need to expect and what is my body about to do to me? I already have the morning sickness (sadly) and the soreness of my breasts.

There is a lot to expect... such as mood swings, cravings for strange food, excessive tiredness, fatigue, vomiting, nausea, and swollen feet. But don't worry the nausea and vomiting will probably only last until only the second, third, or fourth trimester, usually by the the fifth month the vomiting and nausea is gone. The only other symptom I could tell you about is back pain, sometimes the back pain, is severe and sometimes its not, don't forget to take your prenatal vitamins, these vitamins will keep your immune system healthy.

I was 19 when i had my first. Im pregnant with #2 now and im 9 weeks along as well! The worst should be almost over, a couple of more weeks and you'll be 3 months and thats when the sickness is over for most women. This next trimester is gonna be great because your showing and your feeling your lil one move but your not huge and tired all the time like u will be in your third trimester! After the baby was born my body bounced back quickly and i loved being a young mother! I cannot remember what my life was like before i had her, shes my best friend. Im 23 now and we want 1 more after this one. Im trying to have them all 3 years apart. Oh and wait until you get your 1st ultra sound! I cried!!!

I had morning sickness until I was four months really bad. Expect vomiting, nasuea, stomach cramps, heart burn and back pain for sure. I think those cover the worst things ive experencied in the last 5 1/2 months. Congratulations

Congratulations on your baby, what a blessing!!

Since you are young and strong you will probably have few discomforts. 19 is a great age to be pregnant because you recover from it so much faster.

The breast soreness will fade soon, within weeks. After 12 weeks you will really start feeling great, all those good pregnancy hormones kick in. You hair and nails will grow like crazy and you will start feeling at home in your pregnant body.

Congratulations.

I was 19 when I was pregnant with my first child. I only gained about 25 pounds and easily lost it afterwards. I was 30 when I had my last child and age makes a big difference on the body. Crackers helped me with morning sickness. I ate them first thing in the morning. The smell of food made me sick. I couldn't even look at food with my second child. One thing I hated about being pregnant is when your stomach gets so large the skin at the top near your ribs is stretched and really hurts. The first time I got pregnant I was so scared of going into labor. I didn't know what to expect, but although labor pains really hurt, I never screamed at my husband like you see on tv. I did tell my mom to quit talking but I was calm. My first two children I had vaginally and the episiotomy was alittle painful . I had a c section with my twins and last child. I was so scared to have a c-section. I had never had surgery or even a broken bone. The epidural did not work and they had to knock me out. With my first two I couldn't move my legs after the epidural but with the twins not only could I move my legs but I could feel everything. I freaked out and they knocked me out. My dr used tapes instead of staples and for me the recovery was easy, even with having 4 children...two of them being newborn twins and not alot of help. WHen I had my last child, they let me choose whether or not to have a c section and I did, but they used staples. Staples hurt and made the recovery harder for me.

If you want to ask anything feel free to send me a message.

Congratulations....and sleep while you can.

The best advice that I can give is eat healthy, exercise, drink water daily, keep all medical appointment, be positive (Don't listen to any negative stories about delivery. When someone said something negative to me, I would not listen. I stayed very up beat and positive and had a wonderful labor at age 34. My first and only child). Also, read to your baby and play music "now".

Pray for Peace, Health and Blessings on your child now.
