First, creat a web site using one of the many HTML editors and creaters out there.

Then find a host and upload the files to it.

If you wish to have a custom web address then you will have to goto one of the many registration companies out there and purchase the site name.

You have to have a decent website building software like Dreamweaver of Frontpage first. Then try to learn html codes. After building your website you have to find a site to host them. Some are free and some are paid but have more features and control compared to free. Then upload your website and files into the server at the site that you choose. For example, yahoo! Geocities give free site hostings. Otherwise you can always search for site hostings on search engines.

This is a simple question, all u need to do is just take some web space, book the domain of ur choice with extentions like, .org,edu,uk,com...etc.

Pick any one of the following website template which is available free on net, download it. Make changes in this template according to ur theme of the website, write add content which must be relavent to website in all pages and upload it on ur server. uploading can be done through software like flash fxp,,,etc.

And if u dont have time to do all that work contact me at the following email id envarunmathur@gmail.com. I will charge a nominal fee for development and promotion of ur website

First you have to get a domain name, now is this personal or business? There are several free personal spaces including one from your ISP more than likely. For Business there are a few...my brother uses. www.godaddy.com or www.godaddysoftware.com whichever, they seem pretty secure and they will handle the pay pal and cc issues if you would like them too but there are several go to www.ask.com and put in the type you want. Mind you if it's a free business domain site the security is probably lacking.

Then there are several HTML web building software programs. If you already have Office 2003 professional use front page or even word. InfoPath (still office 2003 pro) has interactive forms to use as well.
Why make it harder than it has to be. I built one in 1997 using only binary code...glad those days are gone.

Go to tripod.com and sign up. It's free and you can use their sitebuilder to learn how to get your stuff onto the site, how to arrange it and how to upgrade if you decide to have your own domain name or a site without ads on it. Have fun!
