Apply anyway! You should definetly apply everywhere. Don't limit yourself or your options! You fall right on the cut-off, so don't hesitate to apply. You ARE eligible. Just keep working hard and don't slack off (as tempting as it is). Aim to get even higher scores, because universities like to see improvement and steadfastness.

Also, if you have other questions, make sure you call up a counselor at the university you have in mind and talk to them! Chances are, that counselor could be your future counselor, and this is a great opportunity for them to get to know you a little bit. They can give you tips on your application, and your written statements. You can talk about your major as well, even if you are undecided currently.

Good luck! Best wishes for getting accepted!

You're eligible for the university to look at your application. Given the competitive nature of admissions at many schools though, I hope you're not applying to many schools that consider themselves "selective" on admissions. I would look at state colleges/universities, where if you've graduated from an accredited high school with a 2.5 gpa or better, you're all but guaranteed admission. Your local junior college might be a good bet as well. You can usually get in those, bring up your gpa, then apply to the more selective schools as a transfer student. Good luck!
