Nope! In fact, most of what makes up semen isn't even sperm, but is produced from a gland completely seperate from the testicles.
If you need further evidence, there's many grown men that go their life without such things. Take many of the eastern world's monks, that don't believe or indulge in physical pleasure. I assure you, they still have them.

The testes will not explode. They may become uncomfortable as the buildup of sperm causes pressue on the surrounding tissue. Most guys know this as a condition known as "blue balls" and is usually most apparent after being aroused. While your body will reabsorb some of the sperm that is produced, the good majority will need to be released. THis is most often done at night while the man is sleeping in the form of a nocturnal emission or wet dream. However, if men continually abstain from releasing, the bodies mechanisms will compensate and greater reabsorption will occur. This is why some men, even though they don't release naturally, won't have wet dreams either, at least not on a regular basis. But even monks function normally. Your body needs a release for a number of reasons both physically and mentally. If you are used to cuming everyday, then you may notice a release in as little as a couple days. Most teens don't need more than three or four days before their body takes over for them. The best advice is giving yourself the opportunity to release them naturally on a regular basis (it doesn't have to be everyday, but at least every other week or so) to keep the pipes clean and the prostate happy.

If you doesn't masturbate even for 100 years, you ball will not explode. Do you think your balls are like balloons fill up with water continuously..? They are not and never will..

no, but you can encourage prostate problems if you never have sex in your life, not a matter of just masturbation but sex of some sort creating a release of sperm. however, you dont need it more than once a month max, and your body does reabsorb unused sperm.
