Sounds like your baby is in the birth canal, but in the wrong spot. This could be a cause for your back pain. I dont know if this would help, but try neeling on the floor with your arms on the couch. rest your head on your arms, kinda like being on your hands and nees, but more comfortable.sometime the gravity will help the baby get into the proper possition. Once the baby gets into the right possition you should feel less back pain and the baby should come soon. I know this possition works for breach babies, so maybe it will for you too. Good Luck

You are very close to delivery my friend. The contractions are braxton hicks, they are not full on contractions, when you experience your first real contraction you will know, it will go completely around from your back to front. The brownand white loss is your mucous plug. This plug is in the opening of the cervix to protect germs from getting in to uterus and making baby sick. You loose it close to when you deliver, but it can be a few days. That is fine. The babys head is right near the cervix, which is good, the baby is in position to be born, and is waiting. I was overdue, I ate greasy food, McDonalds, and went walking, and boom, went into labor a few hours later. Some people drink olive oil, some have sex, I know that is probably the last thing you want to do, but is has been know to work. Relax, sounds like you are having a very normal pregnancy and I would predict in 72 hour or less you will be holding your baby. Good luck.

It means that the cervix isn't loosened very much yet, but the baby's head and your walking around as much as you can will help that.

I hope everything goes well for you!
