Dont the batteries get humid/moist? Doesnt that spoil the batteries?

I have no science background, so, please break it down to me in siple english.... Thanks

I don't think the batteries would go bad...Just make sure that the cover for the batteries has a protective strip so they don't leak or anything.. You can find some for cheap that just hang from your shower head. I use mine all the time and haven't had any problems with it so far.

All the seams during assembly have rubber O-rings or materials that shields water and condensation come in. Same as marine radio. The plastic casing is stronger and beefier, ie, not easy to crack when dropped.

They work like any radio but supposedly waterproof. It does draw moisture from condensation which hurts the batteries and eventually corrode them and the radio. Cheap Chinese junk as usual.
