I can write about anything but I have to answer these questions about the topic:
Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build good will and better friendships? Will it be beneficial for all concerned?

I have an idea! How about volunteering? Write an essay on volunteers! Volunteers usually have cause to contribute to, and the things/events that they help out with involves teamwork, benefits for the people that they're helping... etc. Volunteers for the needy, the less fortunate, the disabled, etc.
