My service provider is cingular but I'm not sure what version my razr is but I got it last october so it can't be that old

maybe a V3, i got mine in november from cingular and thats what it is. i have no idea about the bluetooth transfer, but if you have text messaging, and access to the mobile internet, you can make your own ringtones online on mbuzzy.com and have them sent to you phone via text message and mobile internet. its all free, and i find it pretty easy. and the ringtones come out good, and i think they are better than the ones cingular offers, mostly because you can choose up to any 31 seconds of any song, and have it be a ringtone.
