NaOH + H2.

It doesn't explode, but it does burn quite nicely. You'll see this as a demonstration with phenolphthalein indicator; as the sodium burns and reacts, the water turns pink.

sodium explodes when revealed to oxygen or water. the case is different with NaCl (table salt (sodium chloride))
