You really don't NEED the light, you just WANT it. A good place to start is learning the difference between the two. Why do you think you NEED the neon? Do all you friends have it? Are you trying to impress a girl? Don't be a follower or a moron. Leave you car alone. Chances are if you NEED the lights, you have already screwed up the exterior of the vehicle by adding a spoiler or some crap.
Spend you money on something worth the time and effort. Like a book.
