I recently formatted a PC Hard Drive as I am going to install UBUNTU OS, however I cannot get the graphics card to work the monitor since the format and so cannot see anything to start the OS installation.
I have 3 Graphics card and I have tried each of them but none manage a signal through to the Monitor.
So basically I can't see what is happenning.
The monitor works fine on another PC as do all 3 Graphics cards.
Can anyone help or point me in the right direction at least.

I tell them once and I tell them a million times put your computer brand and model there. Reason being, that one computer 10 years old is different from a new one, if they both have the same problem.

Since you did not give anything then only a generic answer will suffice. Try booting up WITHOUT any graphics cards as most computers have an integrated video chip in them. The graphicss card just boost perfromance. You will plug your monitor to your computer not the graphics card and that should get you working no matter what you have.

After you get the program installed then you can install any graphics cards.

You need to install drivers for the graphics card most likely. But like the last guy said, without knowing specifics we're just as in the dark as your monitor screen apparently is lol.

sounds like you want the motive force on your pics card. bypass to the producer website and procure the motive force. in case you don't know the producer of your pics card take the area of your computer and look to work out who makes it, write it down and bypass to their website.maximum computers grant you with a motherboard disk, it will be on there, yet in case you do not have it bypass to the information superhighway website....have a magnificent day.steve
