Why is it when a soldier gets accidentally shot by his own comrads or allies it`s called "friendly fire" The way I see things if anyone shoots you it`s not friendly at all, regardless who is doing the shooting.Maybe a better term would be better!!

Yeah it is a little weird... but try to think up a decent term for it... I can't that is that specific. Accidental shooting of one's fellow soldiers, or ASOOFS??? No, doesn't reall work.

friendly fire is to cordinate the actual location of friednly fire in a war zone so more friendlies dont get there bllep shot to crap its the example say your in a fighter plane and u see what looks like alot of tanks that seem to be unidentified so u just take the liberty to shooot first then ask later who got hit but... if the guy down there has a radio he caN SAY HEY YOU BLEEPING DUMB **** STOP DROOPING YOUR DAMN BOMBS ON US WHERE FRIGEN FRIENDLY

I totally agree. One our our soldiers (Canadian) just died in "friendly fire" They haven't released any details yet but I can only imagine what happened since he was in his tent when he was shot.
