Who is the most irritating character on Lost and why?

The French woman. She always appears out of nowhere, looks like she should be chewing tobacco and skinning squirrels, and then this French accent comes out of her mouth. She's always slightly wild-eyed and her hair is a rats nest. She makes absolutely no sense in the context of the show.

I only watched the first season and I couldn't stand Kate, Ana Lucia, or Jack's dad. Everyone else was fine though. Ana Lucia was too arrogant and bitchy for her own good. Interestingly enough, I've noticed that Michelle Rodriguez gives each character she portrays, whether film or tv, that same holier than thou attitude. Kate was also too full of herself, as well as being "the victim" all the time. Her pouting into the camera was incredibly annoying but that seemed to be the only facial expression she knew how to do. Christian did nothing but verbally abuse his son and that got irritating real quick, never mind 3 episodes in one single season of that. I didn't like Locke either but he wasn't near as annoying as those three.

Sometimes Kate and Locke can get a bit preachy. But I can't stand those others. Juliett is just so irritating.

The entire show is irritating.
I "Lost" interest WAY back after the first few episodes of season one.

ha, i have to agree with the above person about the french woman, i always thought the same thing. also jack annoys me. why does everyone always follow what he says. and i wish Kate would finally make up her mind about jack and sawyer.
