More specifically: my ex of almost 2 years cheated on me multiple times and I ended up catching her. She spent the last 6 months or so trying to convince me she realizes her mistake and would never do it again and would do anything to have me back. I finally took her back and now she thinks it is okay for her to be "friends" and hang out with the very guys she cheated on me with, who did not begin as just guy friends in the first place. So my question is for people who don't know and won't be biased on my side. Is it acceptable for her to be hanging out with these guys?

Absolutely not. If she has in fact turned over a new leaf she would completely cut these men out of her life. She has come back to you and says she would do anything to make this relationship work, therefore you come before these "friends."
I would say this should be the case even if they had been friends before the cheating.
If she refuses to give them up, I would end the relationship.

Bro, she's still cheating on you, and making a fool out of you in the bargain. Sack up, dump the tart and move on to whatever is next in life. Your alternative is to live a life of humiliation as an emasculated dupe.
