What is a cycle on a woman?... how can i know the days in it?

How many days are there in your cycle?

What cycle?... what a shame... i'm a woman and i dont know what this is....!! O.o
Is it how many days my period lasts? ...it's about 3 to 4 days... but in there it had from twenty something to fourty something O.o

Your cycle is the length of time between one period to the next counting from the first day of bleeding...so say for instance u have your period every month on the 24th..u would count the 24th as day 1 and count all the way until the 24th of the next month....so example"my period comes every 26th usually,i count the 26th as my first day and until the next month on the 24th which would make my cycle 31 days from first period to last. if u dont know how long your cycle is just use 28 *this is what docs use*....

women may have cycle max that of 40 days also

Every woman is different. "Standard"cycle is 28 days (same as the moon) and the duration of the flow changes from woman to woman, too. 3-4 days is pretty normal, and until your late teens/early twenties it can be common to skip.

If you're no longer a virgin, you should be seeing a GYN once a year, and these would be great questions to ask her.

mine is normaly 24 days. It last from the last day of my period till the next one. Inbetween that time is normally when u ovulate....
