what was chili's 9/11?

i just heard someone say the phrase "chili's sept. 11th" what is that referring to?

Probably the US backed overthrow of the democratically elected government of Allende in 1973. The CIA backed General Pinochet murdered thousands of citizens to suppress the democrats. I don't think anybody has done anything worse to them before or since.

They ran out of chicken?
As far as a terrorist act in Chile, I want to say there was one fairly recently but I cannot remember of find an article about one.
