To improve your reasoning skill, you can read The history of ideas some philosophy stuff. It helps you think critically and creatively from different angles.

Good question!! It depends on what you are upto or want to do. You should think everything for whatever you want to do in every aspects to make you sure that everything what you think could be correct. For this you have to take things strategically. Interact with your friends/associates/family and try to learn more and more and put up your own framework for doing anything. But never leave your brain blank at any time unless you are at rest.

Read debate books, it gives out some theoretical way of logics, and tell you how to perform critical thinking.
you will get some training by reading debate skills books.

Get into yahoo and type in "critical thinking". You'll get alot of info. on the subject.

Try watching CNN, or other formal news shows. Read a lot. But be sure to avoid reading those books or magazines that would sensationalize your mind.

you're no longer meant to be sharing emails and that makes me question your motives. in case you talk your self a Christian, what form of habit is that coming from a guy or woman professing a faith? besides, all people seems to think of that for the time of basic terms they practice extreme thinking and it rather is the different guy who would not.
