I am 6 weeks pregnant we think not sure how far exactly! I have a clotting disorder and am scared cause I cant take coumadin!!! Do any of you have a clotting disorder and have to be on lovenox? I was freaked out when they said they cant monitor my blood for lovenox! How do they know it is working and that I wont get a clott! Also I am afraid of the birth while on lovenox!! I am 26 and scared if anyone one can help me out with any info I would greatly appreciate it!!!!!

Lovenox has not been adequately studied in pregnant women, but because you need to be on the blood thinner, as long as the pregnancy is a healthy one, you and your baby should be fine to continue the lovenox throughout the pregnancy
