Yes i agree it is way overused. Just like love that is overused as well. I love ice cream, I love going to the movies etc etc
I think to say "i forgive you is the hardest thing to say" and mean it

Im the same way. The littlest little thing and I am apologizing for it. Like today in school I flipped my hair to get it out of my face and it knocked the kid behind me's pencil out of the pencil hole in the desk and I was like Omg im sorry
