The only place discriminatory questions are asked and must be filled in accurately exist's of federal forms. The government needs to stop creating special interest groups and creating minorities. Once a group obtains special rights it only serves to widen the gap between them and others. If people earned true respect rather than demanded it there would be no need for that politically correct crock. In gods eyes we are all equal and have the same chances for salvation as others. What we do and how we do things seperate those that can do a job, from those that shouldn't have it just because they have a different color skin, gender,or personal preference. If we got rid of affirmative action and allowed people to be hired on ability only there would be less dissent. There will always be richer and poorer people but income does not make anyone better than anyone else. We enter this world with just a clean soul, how its filled and what it did for others will determine where it goes in the end. In heaven all will be equal, in hell all will be too. What we do in this lifetime will determine that fate. By treating all people without prejudice, being a blessing to those that you encounter, one can find everlasting life where inequality is not a function of society. Jesus was the most perfect human to walk the planet yet was placed on a cross between 2 common theives. Inequality was just as prevalent in his time as it is today.

We can start off by accepting that White supremecy and and white privlidge still exist. European decendants must acknowledge that they live on stolen land. As long as these institutions, which come from Europe, exist there will be inequality because they were created to benefit those white founding fathers and their decendants. Inequality is a result of colonialism and its long term effects. The mas genocide of native peoples and the mass enslavement of blacks. The land theft of Mexico and making the people second class citizens. It is no surprise that till today these three groups are the mos underrepresented and most criminalized under a system created by white colonialist. White folks must organize their communities to fight racism and understand their privliges and power. African people must organize their communities against the racist institutions that are criminalizing them. Indiginous people must get their sovereignty that was stolen, all treaties have been broken by the white settlers. If America trutly claims that Natives are a soverign nation, then why are they still on native land. Give us back our land, and lets start talking about Inequality. My intentions are not to offend, it is critical that we analize the past history of this Nation and its effects in the present day.

We can mitigate against extremes, yes, or as you say, reduce inequalities, but we shall never be free of them, for such would fly in the face of Spiritual Law.

There must exist inequalities to ensure variety and provide needed antagonism that life can persist as a dynamic expression, not a static one. To say life, is to say growth. To be remiss of inequality would violate this edict from out of the high spiritual planes. Souls must grow: difference or "inequality" ensures growth and therefore is the best economy and is a great expression of free will.

Inequality is not necessarily a bad thing, it is natural.
Everyone should be equal in the eyes of the law, but in life, that is a different story.
People have differing levels of accomplishment in every area, as well as motivation and drive.
I think it is utterly unfair to believe that a person who busts his/her *** deserves the same outcome as someone who went through the motions.
I think all of this PC crap has really ruined society. Accept differences, don't pretend they don't exist.

This is a belief structure beginning with the parents. Other influences such as teachers and television contribute. Ultimately, it is the human experiance that confirms beliefs.

Did you see "American History X"? A great example. Hate only breeds more hate. We are all responsible.
