i dont know what that is . does that mean you cant paint a picture of what you think heaven looks like or god . i really just dont know.

It refers to back to worshiping idols.

According to my study Bible, "Because God has no visible form, any idol intended to resemble him would be a sinful misrepresentation of him. Since other gods are not to be worshiped, making idols of them would be equally sinful."

A graven image is an engraved or carved image - like a statue.

I don't think this reference is about Heaven - just about God. I know there are many images/pictures of Jesus and I think that's o'kay because He was God in human form. God, as Jews understood him at the time of this reference, did not have form.

The cross is a graven image. The 12 stations in the catholic church are graven images. Did you read the commandment against bearing false witness?
