I have had a lot of gas pains since I ovulated and had sex. I should be able to take a test on Friday. But I was wondering if this is a sign as well. Also slight cramps are happening too.

Gas really isn't an indication of early pregnancy. I'm almost 9 weeks along and have had gas for about 2 weeks right now. If you're not up to the point where you could test, I doubt that you would be plagued by pregnancy related gas.
The cramps you're feeling could be implantation cramps, are they paired with any spotting? I didn't have any implantation spotting, but I did notice a slight dip in my temperature (I was charting) at the time implantation would have occured. You can get an accurate pregnancy test 7-10 days past ovulation (I would lean more towards the 10 days) so hopefully you'll be able to get your answer soon. Good luck!

From what I know, no this isn't a sign of pregnancy. But, the test will show for sure.
