Our landlord called tonight to tell us that the owner of the property will be taking over come Monday. Now, our lease is signed by the landlord, so does that mean that our lease is no good now?
The owner is kind of an @sshole, can he evict us if he wants to since he is taking over the property?

the lease has to be honored, now the property owner can buy you out of the lease, but only if "YOU" agree on money, inconvenience and moving costs, check with a lawyer, first talk won't cost you a one cent- wish ya luck, but stick to your guns, you have rights
