What kind of top ans shoes would look cool with purple corduroy pants????

My mom bought me purple colored coruroy pants somewhere and I dont want to give it away cause I really dont like wasting money..... HELP ME!!!!!

i have purple cords too and I wear 2 different shirts w/ them . I have a multi(purple) colored floral long sleeve tee that I wear and a cute blue jean blazer and brown mary janes, and I also have a purple striped crowl neck turtle neck shirt from old navy, with this I wear brown boots.
if you don't have anything like this use a cute white button down shirt, layer w/ a cute jean jacket, and purple and gold accessories or use a large brown corset belt and pointy toe brwn shoes.

Purple cords?

For a girl - team up with a frilly lacy white top, white sandals for spring into summer. For fall, purple and earthtones or jeweltones can work well.

For a guy, black shirt, black shoes. For guys, one slightly different thing per outfit is usually enough.

I say,
if they're a plum color wear
a lavender warp top w/ them
and some cute tear drop silver
ear rings if your ears r peirced.
Either the wrap top or a rouched top.
That's the same color, but lighter by 1-2 shades.

a camel, yellow or magenta top and some camel or gold flats and accessories. Yellow complements purple. Look at this style color wheel http://www.quiltcollections.com/color.htm . Usually the color beside purple or the one directly across from it looks great!

I would get a green top such as jade green or kelly green, something form fitting and as for shoes I would keep it simple with some nice brown loafers.

now if they are like the straight leg or skinny type i would say a pair of flats or skateboarding shoes. but if they sre flared i would say converse or skateboarding shoes. if you skateboard go to ccs.com and they have all kinds of shoes and tops that would look good.
