what's the deal with Helio phones? is it as good as it sounds?

what's up with those Helio phones? everything is unlimited and it seems like a good deal. even though it's competing to win customers from big companies, is it as good as it sounds? any catch? bad reception? do you have Helio or anybody you know have it? what do they say about it? any complaints? i'm very curious about Helio

Here is a link to a Helio forum on Phonescoop.com. I am a lover of cell phones, and have done some reading on helio, and the biggest complaint is that they use Sprint service in a sense. These complaints are usually from Sprint haters. Read through these message lists, and it will give you a good idea as to how people with Helio feel about it.
