where or when can I find the complete concert "Confessions in a dance floor" from Madonna in a DVD?

I bought the drowned world tour a couple years ago and I loved it! I know Madonna just finished with her last world tour and would like to know when or where to get it!
I already checked in Amazon and they sell a CD/DVD but it seems the DVD contains other than the concert itself.
