ask him what his basis is for truely loving you. Generally love isn't one sided, but it happens. try your best to find out why then you can discuss what the difference is between your two status' and why they are different, if it doesn't resolve his problem, it will make you feel better. Good Luck!

1. Don't go trying to be nice. Tell him bluntly.
2. If you think that under different circumstances he could have a chance, tell him. If not, tell him that too.
3.Tell him life is too short to obsess with one person. Just like you, tell him he needs to keep looking, No hard feelings, no foul.
4. Then smile and walk away.
I've said it before, Men and women can not be best friends. Sex will always be in his/her mind. They can be acquaintances but not friends. Platonic relationships happen between brother and sister and build over decades. You don't have the time or patience.

Well...One thing i would like to say is that Love begets Love. how can it be possible that he loves you and u dont. I guess that he doesnt love you as well. Only time passes. it is quite easy to tell him that you dont love him. only write i love you on a pic of another friend and keep it in your purse let him see it.

Just say that you don't have those feelings for him. But when you do, please be polite to him otherwise he may think that the friendship is over as well and that could leave him utterly heartbroken. Don't judge him for his feelings toward you and keep your friendship with him, but it should be understood that he should stop making any advances toward you once you have made your feelings known to him.
