Several racing websites have them on the top of their sites. I was just wondering if anyone can teach me how or give me a website that could show me how to creat one?

Build your complete tach in a graphics program, except the needle. Then do the needle as a separate image. Import both to library. Put an instance of each in the first frame. Position the needle to 0 rpm. Create a motion tween. Go to the last frame of your tween and rotate the needle to where you want to red-line it.
You can then create multiple tweens to show the tach going up and down, but same concept. Add sound if you wish...

Is this something that is interactive or is it just an animation of a tach?
