Midol is an over-the-counter medication indicated for menstrual cramping and other effects related to premenstrual syndrome and menstruation. It is not considered effective for cramping during periods, or dysmenorrhea. Midol is distributed by Bayer.

It's "midol" and it is a pill that is supposed to help all the "icky" symptoms of a women's menstrual cycle (cramps, bloating etc.)
