We sneeze when some foreign object like an irritant snuff powderor mosquito obstructs our nasal passage. A seeze is nature's way of explosively ridding the nasal passage clear of the irritant.

We yawn when the level of oxygen in our blood (which also circulates into the brain) gradually drops to a low level.
Predictably, our concentration during studies wavers, we feel sleepy, By yawning, we forcefully take in an extra breath of air to make up the shortage.
Even animals yawn--- for the same purpose.

Sneezing is caused by any obstruction in the nasal cavity (especially when it occurs between the tip of the nose and between eyebrows).
Yawning indicates lack of rest and inadequate oxygen levels in your system. You exhaust ozyegen when you exert. So deep breathing with good quality rest is the solution.
