How can I download something with a dial up connection which is slow?

I keeps telling me to start the download over because of currupt files I think isp server keeps disonnecting me what can I do so I can download 7.5 upgrade free Mozilla Firefox wihtout the dial up service diconnecting me it takes an hour to dowload..
