Absolutely my own. I like jobs where I'm given my work for the day/week/month--and then do it at my pace, and in my order. Same goes for college courses--I like the self-paced ones--you work at home, know what is expected of you for the entire semester--and you can finish in a couple of weeks, or take the whole 16 weeks.

I go at my own pace--they can tell me how fast or how slow to go all they want, but my pace is my pace and it will not change.
