But there are arctic birds that resemble penguins. The best-known one is probably the puffin. There are also the murre and the great auk (now extinct).

No. Penguins only live in the South Pole region. Also, polar bears only live in the North Pole region.

Penguins are Antarctic animals (South Pole) but there may be some in the zoos.
