I vaguely remember that act. It sounds like something Jerry Seinfeld would come up with... either him or Dane Cook. I'm sorry I can't remember exactly, but I will definately return to this question if I do.
Wait... I'm pretty sure I got it. Chris Rock. I'm almost possitive Chris Rock did a bit on this... a few years ago, mainly around 2000 or 2002 (ok I guess more than a few years... time flies these days). Hope I led you in the right direction.

I dont think it was a comedian, i think it was something that was on a movie. "just friends" i think was the name of it
