How many animals do you have and what are their names?

I have 2 cats Kiki and Skeeter. and I also have a fish, a bluegill named Oscar

My old man Max. He is a Shetland Sheepdog. (A miniature Lassie) Ever see the dog in Peter Pan? That's kinda what Max is to my 6 yr old.

My son is afraid to sleep by himself. Max has a hard time getting up the stairs sometimes but he always goes w/ him to bed and then comes back down once he is asleep. He also tells on him when he is doing something wrong by coming to me whining till I go check on him. We are remodeling our house, one time my son was in the crawl space and Max came to "tell" me! LOL

Sometimes my husband will joke and say "What? Timmies in the well?"

When I am sad or sick Max will come to me and nuzzle me till I pet him, as if he is checking on me. I love him so.

At the present time I have two dogs, both schnauzers- Bonnie (14) who is blind w/cataracts- Miki the cutest black schnauzer you could ever see. When she was a little runt I would carry her in my shirts, with her head sticking up. She is 2 1/2 now and she still feels the need to be carried by my chest. She would visit me, while on the throne in the bathroom- now she still finds she has to stop by and give me a kiss in the same location. I always seemed to have a kid in with me in the bathroom. Do you think Miki thinks I'm part of her pack? All her toys are put in a basket in the livingroom, including her blankey; when I tell her to get her blankey she knows exactly what to bring to me. And they say animals don't understand what we say. Bah! to all that- I know she understands. Bonnie, before becoming blind, would sing w/me while I played the keyboard. It was not howling it was sweeter then that. In short , animals can sure be your entertainment at times- they make less demands and give out so much more then what they get. They love and trust us anyway, whether we have bad breadth -or a bad hair day.

We have 65 pets at our house, many have been rescued. 36 are small animals 30 are other pets.

We have 14 cats: *Jackie - m, *Aimee'- f, *Mirage - f and daughters Daisy & Zapper, *Slinky and children Mousie - f & Panda - m, *Pikachu - f, *Raichu - f, Erin (niece of Aimee') - f, Friskie - f, *Furbie - f, and the baby *Vampire - m.
A wolf hybrid, Zora - f.
2 dogs: *Hunter - m and *Blaze - m (rescued 1/17/07)
2 cockatiels: Meoweth - f and Onyx - m
18 Syrian hamsters: Elijah - m and his 4 children; Minnie - f, Mickey - m, Fuzzums - m, Alcatraz - m, *Tink - f, *Psycho - f, Tundra - m, Yeti - m, Domino - f, Dotz - f. These are all taken from one house: *Tiny - m (dad), *Harvey - m (adult son), *Celtic - f (mom), *Spitfire - f (5 wk baby of mom & dad), and *3 unsexed/unnamed babies 3 wks old (same parents as Spitfire).
8 Russian dwarfs; Siblings - Taz - m, Nibbles - m, Kamazie - m, and Lucas - m and siblings - Scrapper - m, Cupcake - f, and Demon - m. All are also cousins. Then *Salty - f (born with one eye).
2 gerbils; *Creamsicle - f and *Ash - f (mom & daughter).
2 rats: Salem - m and Sabrina - f (mates).
3 mice; Malacite - m, Sapphire - f, and *M&M - m.
2 rabbits: KitKat - f and *Asphalt - m (rescued with 4" deep mats to the skin and couldn't even hop)
An iguana named *Karnie - f.
A tarantula named Rosie - f (she's a Rose hair). My daughter took her from stepfather to raise.
A red sheep named *Cinnamin - f.
A Pygmy goat *Ray M. Jr. - m.
A lavender king snake named Cobra - ? (think a male).
2 goldfish, 1 calico fancy tail, 1 male betta, 2 albino cories, and 1 white cloud.

* indicates a animal rescued sometime during the last 12 yrs. - all are still living. Some we found while other their owners asked for a pick up. 7 hamsters and 2 gerbils were all taken from the same house we're assisting with over crowding- we took all females of breeding ages and their old males they said were too old for them any longer. I still have more work to go with this household.
