i am so confused of all the size charts there all because none of them fit my body type! please help im a 28 waist, 34 hips, i have a big butt, to be specific 38 around, the top of my thigh right under the crotch is 22. if you can help me know what size i am in jeans like 28, 29 , 30....? id appreciate it!! thank you

you always need to fit the largest measurement of your body. I am not really sure I understand what you mean by the under the crotch measurement 22. The only three measurements that matter are hip, waist and length. The length is usually like 31" or 33" depending on how tall you are.
At J. Crew for example according to their size chart you would wear 8-10 waist (or size 28) and your hips are also a size 8-10. At Banana Republic you are a size 8 in both measurements. So i would probably start out with sizes 8 or 10 and go from there.
If the jeans are listed in sizes like 28, 29 or 30, that is your waist measurement. Since you said your waist is 28, that would be the one to go with. However, as a double check, look at the hip size on a size 28 pair of jeans. If you are larger there, you should go to a size 29.
I personally do not think that you have big hips with a size 28" waist and 38" hip. Try having 42" hips. my hips are a size 14 and my waist is a 12.

The retail advisor at the jeans shop i always go to would suggest me to buy a one size smaller than my actual waist size. Simply because jeans would expand when you wear it often. My suggestion to you is that you try to fit in a size 27. Good Luck

IF u cant find any jeans that fit u then by 2 super cute pairs of jeans and sew them so they fit u. If u cant sew then work out a bit. If u still cant fit into jeans after that consult ur doctor.

since u have a big butt, try on a pair of stretch jeans. coz i have a big butt too and i cant fit into regular jeans. i always go for the stretchy ones.

I do not know what your size is, but you are definately very very far below a 28.
