Elders please advice. I need your help.?

Hi,
I m a good cricket and football player. I played cricket and football for both my school and college team. Not only that I was selected for state level match under 14 and under 17 for football. Under 13 I was selected for cricket. My dad who is not at all interested in this did not allow me to participate in the above mentioned selections. The reason y my dad didnt allow is coz he has come from a family where his dad didnt allow him to study and asked him to agriculture. He left the house keeping his BSC degree in his hand. He joined a job and now he is earning an amount of 15k. He doent want me to overcome such difficulties so he wants me only to study not anything else. I have not broken his dream coz I m doing my engineering now. But still he is strict with his decisions. I dont want to lose my talents. I have a great confidence that if I start playing now. After 2 years u can find in the Indian Cricket Team. Not only that I m interested in playing Tennis too.
Please guide me
