Confidence, because you need that during the interviews. If you don't show it, someone with less skills can easily get the position over you!

I don't really have a lot of confidence in myself and I've learnt to hide that and go on, I still get the job done. I may dobt myself but I don't doubt my skills IF I do have the skills
If I don't have the skills what is there to be confident about?
Granted confidence is important but you can work without DEPENDING on the type of work you are doing. I'm sure in professions like medicine you need to have confidence in yourself especially in surgery but there are other things you can just do...anyone understand what I'm saying?
