No, you need to get the other female her own cage or you may find her eating her next meal of babies. Don't remove the mom and babies, take the other female out. Wait to clean the moms cage until the babies eyes have opened. You can't even leave a male mouse in with babies either, they to will eat them.

i would just leave her with her babies until they are weaned and then add the other female(s) becuase either she or another female will kill them as the other female can be percieved as a threat to her young.
