Excuse me, is the St. John's Pulseline for Houston, TX or some other states?

Most hospitals offer this service. Look in your yellow pages of your local phone book under hospitals, and I will bet each one has a number for physicians referral service. Ours is called St. John's Pulseline. You can also call the 1-800 number on your insurance card and they will happily tell you who is in your area that they will cover.
