i had a friend who was put on prenatals from the time she started trying to conceive. im not sure if they help with conception or not but i know that they really boost your folic acid levels as well as many other mineral levels that may be low and this helps contribute to a healthy baby. they make you healthier too and i have always heard healthy women conceive easier

Getting pregnant can take a long time, even for a normal, healthy couple. (My husband and I have been trying for 16 months, but have some issues). Prenatal vitamins make your body more healthy for supporting a pregnancy, but do not increase your chances of getting pregnant. You need to be patient. 3 months is definitely not long at all. The average is 6 months to a year for a normal, healthy couple to conceive.

prenatal vitamins rather boost your chances of having a healthy baby and normal pregnancy, not the chances of conceiving. and 3 month is a short period, don't get hyper. some women try for years.

3 months really isn't that long to be trying. Prenatal vitamins are simply to make your body it's best for the baby. It doesn't promote pregnancy. Sounds like you are pressuring yourself. Relax and when you least expect it, you'll end up pregnant, providing your health is good as is your partners. MOM to 3 here.

Nope. Taking standard supplementations will cut back the probabilities of loss using neural tube defects (using fact it incorporates folic acid), whether it won't in any way, improve your probabilities of theory. Taking prenatals for the time of infertility scientific care is hassle-loose using fact the numerous blood exams frequently pass away women doubtlessly anemic. in any different case, there is not any choose for it. Taking it for 'coverage' is BS. supplementations won't make up for a foul weight loss plan.

After years of infertility, we learned a lot~*~* xo
For the husband~~
Increase Vitamin E---Best Quality- 800 I.U. a day
Also, Increase ZINC to 100mg twice a day...
As well as a high-level B-Complex Vitamin---for both parents--
along with a vitamin C that iincludes Bioflavanoids...which is needed to make the B's work.
Both parents need to limit alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, etc--
EACH OF YOU CONTRIBUTE 50% of yourself to your developing child .
Mother needs mega Folic Acid to prevnent neural-tube (open) spine birth defects. Especially important for women who've been on BC Pills.
Eat well; make love often; laugh a lot, enjoy one another . . .
Babies come when everyone is ready . . . and not always in ways we expect...
When parents are in harmony~they call into their lives the soul who most longs to be your child...
Our love & prayers are with you ...and with your children...

no they do not increase the chance but if you are trying it is good to take them and to eat healthy the vitamins are great for you, three months is not too long, some things just take time, stressing about it could slow things down,
