Hi, I left my interior lights on for four hours tonight in my 96 honda civic, how do you think the battery is?

No need to worry if your battery had a good charge. The alternator should charge it up again in a few minutes of running.

Because it's an older Honda, likely with a reasonably old battery, unless you upgraded recently, best bet is to go out and run it for 5 minutes to help recharge the battery up.....most newer batteries can withstand an interior light being on but older batteries can wear down fast, especially if the charge is low on them to begin with

Unless your battery is already weak, you will be fine. I've done this a few time - not a problem. Also, a lot of cars will automatically turn off your interior lights after a half hour or so, in case you forget.

If it will start, allow it to run for 10 or 15 minutes. It should be fine.
If it won't start, jump it and run it. If the interior lights on for 4 hours drains the battery, it is due to fail soon. Plan on replacing it while you are in control rather than when it is a surprise and you are broke!!

Happy Motoring

Unless it was already giving you problems it should be alright. If you can get the car started start it and drive it around the block a couple of times to top off the charge in your battery. If not jump start it and have someone check both your battery and charging system.

It should be ok, just don't make a habit of leaving the lights on.
