JK Rowling doesn't allow for her books to become e-books so the only way you will get it is you get a pirated copy and that is illegal and i strongly advise you not to go down that road

No official text on the internet has been released of any Potter book. I do not know if you can obtain an illegal copy though.

I wasn't aware it was available in soft copy. Why don't you just borrow one from the library?

You can use a torrent program like bittorrent or Utorrent to download from isohunt. Limewire probably has it also.
